Boardwalk, walkways and docks are for private use by
all condo owners and their guests. Boat slips are restricted for use
by their individual owners and the owner's guests. Slips are designed
to normally accommodate watercraft up to 20 feet in length and longer
in some circumstances. The number of boat slips are limited and are
available on a first come first serve basis at an extra cost above
the base price of a condo unit. Ramp and launching facilities are
located at Thurston Park, less than five minutes away. |
